Prophet Charles Atoe was born and raised in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, West Africa. He migrated to the United States in 1987 at the age of twenty-two. Prior to coming to the States, he was a teacher. Since being in the States, he earned a Master Degree in Finance from Ashford University. God uniquely created this man of God to be one of His mouth pieces; which has been prophesied to Prophet Charles Atoe since he was young.
Just like many senior pastors, Prophet Atoe was avoiding his call until September 2nd, 2014, around 3:00 AM EST, when God had a tete-a-tete with Prophet Charles Atoe and Personally anointed him in a dream. Even, prior to that dream, Prophet Atoe has been very prophetic. He was baptized in Bishop TD Jakes’ church in Dallas Texas and relocated his family to Atlanta GA. He joined Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, where he and his family have been faithfully serving for over fourteen years.
In addition to his academic background, Prophet Atoe also has a ministry certificate. He was ordained & licensed in 2016 as a minister of the gospel by Bishop Dale C. Bronner, Senior Pastor and Founder of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral. On January 1st, 2017, Prophet Charles Atoe launched a global ministry: “Bondage Breakers Ministry Global (BBMG),” based out of Isaiah 61:1, where he now prophesies to government officials and individuals globally.
